The First Degree (1923) — the formerly-lost silent film rediscovered in CFA’s collections in 2020 — will air on Turner Classic Movies on Wednesday, September 28th at 9pm Central as part of TCM’s 24 hours of programming for National Silent Movie Day.
The broadcast will include an original score that CFA commissioned for the film, composed by Chicago band Quasar Wut-Wut.
