Abstract
Milwaukee’s preparation for the 1957 World Series.
Description
This film begins with a view of Milwaukee’s skyline followed by exterior footage of downtown Milwaukee, a Milwaukee County Stadium billboard, a view of Milwaukee County Stadium itself, and several hotel entrances. Scenes show secretaries as they presumably check addresses of ticket holders, and printing press operators as they haul and inspect stacks of game tickets. The film concludes with interviews of several fans on the street who speculate on the Braves’ upcoming performance in the 1957 World Series.
