Description

This film shows United States Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren as he swears in John McCone as the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency while President John F. Kennedy looks on. Individuals standing in the background include CIA personnel Dr. Richard M. Bissell, Jr., Charles Tracy Barnes, General Charles P. Cabell, and Richard Helms. Also included are National Security Adviser McGeorge Bundy, Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission Glenn T.
