Abstract
This collection contains amateur travelogue films and audio reels made by J. Gerald Hooper. Hooper was a member of a local amatuer film club, whose name and location have yet to be identified.

Custodial History
This lot arrived at CFA in late 2011 from Cathy Whicker. The lot contains amateur films made by J. Gerald Hooper, a friend of Ms. Whicker's grandfather. Both Ms. Whicker's grandfather and J. Gerald Hooper were in the same amateur film club here in Chicago. The lot consists of 16mm. film (including some production negatives and internegs) and 1/4" audio.
