Muhammad Ali and Scott LeDoux banter during a press event in advance of their upcoming fight on December 5, 1977.
Description
Muhammad Ali and Scott LeDoux meet in a business lobby (possibly Shatkin Trading Co.'s lobby area, per employee spectators' coat badges) for a press event to banter in advance of their December 5, 1977 five-round exhibition match at Auditorium Theater in Chicago.
The hightlight of this footage is when the camera focuses in on Muhammad Ali's fist as he chants "Scott LeDoux, I want you," to which Scott LeDoux responds "Muhammad Ali, you won't last three." Everyone laughs and Ali rolls back in his chair with an appreciative smirk.
Later Muhammad Ali is shown airboxing in front of Scott DeLoux's chair, as camera flashes go off and LeDoux taunts him, "Just like that, you won't be able to hit me." Their playful rousing is undoubtable.
