Abstract
Documentation of a trip to Europe taken by JoAnn Elam's sister Susan and her friend Laura Black in the summer of 1976. In jest, the pair often used the camera loaned by JoAnn to film their adventures as movie homages. In the first half of this footage, they film sites around Venice, including a statue of writer Niccolò Tommaseo, musicians in a city plaza, and St. Mark's Clock, in the style of a mystery/thriller. In the second half, Susan and Laura relax on a beach with friends and film themselves and other tourists.
