A research film project about the history, evolution, parts and use of respiratory and anaesthetic equipment, from early 1920's circle of suction systems to the ventimeter. This ventilator was adaptable, working in either volume or pressure modes and also cycling in a positiveānegative, positiveāzero, and positive pressure manners. The ventilator, later known as the Air Shields Ventimeter Ventilator, continued to be used for many years before being replaced by more advanced technology. Exact date of production and credits are unknown.
