Abstract
Back in June 16, 1972, Angela Davis stopped by the Chicago’s Arie Crown Theatre when she was on an international speaking tour after being acquitted of charges related to the 1970 Marin County courthouse shooting. In this short piece we get a glimpse of her speech speaking on the injustice of the judicial system holding political prisoners.

Description
The film begins with audiences coming inside the Chicago’s Arie Crown Theatre passing through security waving metal detectors around them. We cut to an angle up shot looking down towards the stage with a flyer on top that says “Welcome Angela Free All Political Prisoners”; Angela Davis is walking up to the podium with a huge applauds. We cut in the middle of her speech of her explaining the imbalance of the judicial system through systematic racism not giving fair trials to black political figures. Fade out.
