Abstract
This footage by Mort and Millie Goldsholl documents their trip to Japan ca. 1964. Taken at Kōtoku-in, a Buddhist temple in the city of Kamakura, it includes images of the “Great Buddha” from various angles and distances and of the vendors around. Many other titles from the Goldsholl Collection were taken during that same trip to Japan, including Hiroshima, Japan: Train Ride to Hiroshima and Osaka, and Nature shots - Shrine - Boys in White With Butterfly Nets.
