This collection contains the home movies of the Wilczynski family. They lived on the south side of Chicago and ran a bakery. Some of the highlights of the collection are the Bahai Temple in Wilmette, IL, Chicago's Riverview amusement park, the Chicago Flower and Garden show, family weddings, Niagra Falls, and 1952 Chicago subway scenes.

Custodial History
Ted Swigen, nephew of Henry Wilczynski, had possession of the films and brought them to CFA. His uncle Henry lived on the south side of Chicago and ran a bakery.

This collection is open to on-site access. Appointments must be made with Chicago Film Archives. Due to the fragile nature of the films, only video copies will be provided for on-site viewing.
